"Staff were amazing but the apartment wasn’t so nice "

"The location was good, check-in process was smooth. The communication with the host was problematic, Expedia attempted to contact them several times and they didn’t reply. "This is a really well situated flat, and has everything you need. It is freshly decorated and would have been perfect for the three of us for a week stay. However the air conditioning was broken throughout our stay. Our host Mauribel arranged for someone to fix it, but 12 hours later it was completely ineffective again - I suspect there was a leak. This made it very uncomfortable at times. I have asked on two occasions for a partial refund, but have not had a reply from Fliphaus."

"Our apartment was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. Our host was very professional and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires. "
