"The location was good, check-in process was smooth. The communication with the host was problematic, Expedia attempted to contact them several times and they didn’t reply. We had to shorten the stay for 2 days, originally it had been booked for 14 days, we asked a reimbursement, Expedia greed to it but the host had to authorize it as the guest was already there. They denied any reimbursement. Poor customer care."

"Our apartment was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. Our host was very professional and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires. "
