"Not a bad property , however they can’t claim they are a 4 star hotel . Some of the staff at reception , not welcoming at all. I agree that I came early and room is always subject to availability. However I ask if i could take a shower or use the amenities while room is ready . I got a big no ! Not even some other solutions, I came from a long trip of 2 days traveling just wanted to take a shower , if the pool is a no at least the ones on the gym . Staff after that got mute no response...

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are mostly great. We had a swim up room and the pool outside was the worst pool of all, the window sill had caved in, the pool floor damaged, the fan control broken, pillows uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the room type for the price we paid but the hotel is great. The service wasn’t fantastic, we weren’t advised where amenities such as gym were on check in and later found out we had to leave the resort and cross the road to access."
