"Linen sheets didn’t feel or look clean, black cotton from towels went everywhere on floor, room 3 smelt dusty. The advert shows front cottage but this was not a true reflection of our booking. Priority is our hygiene and room is dust free"

"Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"

"I think the photos give the impression that this property is a little more "together" than it actually is. Whilst the bed linen and towels were on point and the bedding itself very comfortable, I'm afraid everything else was old, tired and mismatched making it feel more like someone else's holiday shack than simple cottage. The equipment in the kitchen is mismatched and hodge-podge and very minimal. Bring everything if you plan on cooking here, including utensils and oil etc. No milk was...

"Perfect stay for last few days of our 3wk holiday. Relaxing sitting on the deck or walking through the vines. Our second time staying at Ridgemill and always find it comfortable."

"Rustic old barn on side, lovely comfortable accommidation on the other side of the barn. Set on a Dairy Farm nice view of the nearby hills. A river runs through the property. Great place to take your dog. A little walk took us to some friendly Camels. Nice Spa bath for relaxtion. Nice breakfast ingredients were provided. Bernie was a friendly host. Late check out was lovely."
