"Very clean and nice rooms. We never received the bottle of wine that was supposed to be offered as a VIP benefit, but there were fresh apples instead. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The bathroom was fresh and nothing was missing, except for toilet paper refills. It’s unbelievable how all hotels tend to be stingy with this. The towels were very small, but we received new ones every day. The staff is fantastic and provides great service. Very nice bar!"

El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."

"Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage."
