"I stayed in one of the updated modern rooms which was spacious, very clean, filled with light and nice decor with plenty of shelving. Was surprised to see a large-larger than normal mini fridge. Also enjoyed the shower head. The location was very central, in the centre of the charming village, opposite the pub."

"Nice grounds and great views"

"Recently refurbished, the property was originally built back in 1928 and, whilst modest, has character. It is idreally situated on the edge of town, with extensive views over the golf course. The bedrooms are small but more than adequate, with comfortable beds and upgraded ensuites with good showers. There is a comfortable lounge area and bar and an attractive dining room, used for breakfast (included in the room rate) and for dinner at Ethos, the acclaimed resturant, one of Bowral's finest....

"It was a comfortable stay and reasonably priced for the Southern Highlands"

"Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities needed. The building is old though and taps/drain require fixing."

"The setting is lovely with plenty of parking. Not overly helpful reception on check in, giving minimal information. The building is generally dark and felt cold. It could do with some accent colour to warm it up and feel more welcoming. The room was comfortable. Good mattress and bedding. Shower is also good but room is small. The downside in the room is the noise from the fan in the shower room and whistling sound, which we assumed was the plumbing. We had breakfast and dinner in the...

"Very Happy with our stay. Enjoyed having our own bathroom. Everything nice and clean and bed very comfortable. Would happily stay there again"

"Pleasant place to stay. Room was basic but ok. Separate TV room and guest kitchen. Staff good. Food good. Close to rail line so take ear plugs."

"Excellent location in the middle of the town, clean and tidy room, comfy bed"

"Although this is an old motel, it's very clean and quite comfortable. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and polite, and we were made to feel welcome. A nice touch was finding the electric blanket warming the bed when we returned later at night,"

"Large one bedroom apartment a short drive to town. I was impressed that the sofa bed was made up for the third person without me having to request this."

"Staff were very helpful, the property was comfortable and there’s lots of comfortable communal areas to lounge in with a good book. It’s great for a cozy weekend away."

"There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window "
