"There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived with one bathroom not being thoroughly clean and no toilet paper at all (this was slightly before the COVID-19 shortage), but the issues were resolved within 20 minutes of our contacting Alberto. Overall the place was very clean and well organized. It was in a great location to be able to sit on the balcony from our room and watch the kids in the pool. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and there is a Soriana and an Oxxo very nearby."

"This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

"The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, the view from the suite with the lake and the golf course is incredible. The pool and common areas are very well-maintained and there's never anyone around; we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves even during peak season.
