"I hate to give this property a good review because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get in, but it really is a great place to stay. The location is central, the people there are so nice, the units are exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well appointed. The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This was our second year at this property and will be our preferred place to stay in the future."

"This was our 5th time to Grace Bay and by far the best yet. We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near."

"This was our third time to Turks and Caicos and our second stay at Villa Renaissance. The location is excellent with plenty of shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. Water so crystal clear that I've never experienced anywhere else. Staff was friendly and always helpful. We rented a car, but it wouldn't be necessary. Great snorkeling at Smith's Reef and a fantastic reef fishing trip with M & J's Charters."

"We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk. "

This is my 9th trip to Turksin 3 years and I always stay on Grace Bay (West Bay Club, Royal West Indies, and Renaissance); we have always had wonderful, warm front desk people except this trip. It wasn't just me who experienced negativity it was myself, my husband, my son and daughter in law. "Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise."
