"Exceptionally stocked home, very clean and just as described in photos. The host, Nathan, was extraordinary to work with. He was very receptive and answered all my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Turks. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very safe area in a gated complex. Pool was hardly used by others and felt like we had the place to ourselves. "

"My family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The balcony view was stunning and takes your breath away as soon as you open the door. The condo was located within a short drive to a nice grocery store, fabulous restaurants, and shops. The grounds were clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would love to visit again."

We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. "Apartment was exactly as advertised. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Check in and out was completely stress free. (No weird chore list like some vacation rentals). Location is amazing, very quiet. No one else on the beach other than guests of the resort. A bit of a drive out of town, but this was a plus for us. No noise from dog/chickens at night. Would definitely stay here again!"
