Love this Property!!

This was our first time in Turks and these accommodations were perfect. We loved being in the heart of everything but having a low key atmosphere with fewer people. The place was fantastic and staff was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay at Villa Renaisscance

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location is perfect and there are many restaurants in walking distance. There is wifi available in your room, the pool, and the beach. The bar staff is very friendly.

Perfect Girl’s Trip!

We stayed at the condo for our girls trip and it was top notch in every way! The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent for restaurants and shopping, and the beach was absolutely stunning! There are some communal storage bins out by the beach with floaties and sand toys which was great to have and the daily housekeeping was a nice extra. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and even had a cart for groceries and a couple of small coolers to use too. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful property in a perfect location!

We stayed at the Villa Renaissance for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! Beautiful ocean front property with a nice pool and stunning beach. The staff were friendly and our villa was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We took advantage of the tennis court and bicycles that were an available to guests. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great location & amenities. This condo just needs a couple of things updated.

The bedroom furniture needs to be changed. Put tv on wall & have something for our open suitcases to sit on. Suitcases on the floor is not ideal. The large armoire with hard to open draws isn’t useful. The bedside tables with the micro draws also not useful. Also the shower door leaks water all over the bathroom floor.

Paradise in Grace Bay

Our first visit to Turks and Caicos did not disappoint!! Villa Renaissance has so much to offer. A great location. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk for miles literally. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Daily housekeeping service included. We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful villa 502

Our villa was beautiful, clean, and private. We were supplied ample coffee/tea, all necessary paper products, extra towels - even beach items such as a cooler and floaties. Housekeeping services were provided daily which we didn’t expect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was very convenient. The beach was spacious with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. We were able to rent snorkeling gear on site, as well. The grounds and pool were beautiful and well-maintained and the pool bar was nice. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Renaissance!

Great Location

We flew in and stayed only one night before our scheduled arrival at Beaches the next day and were very impressed with the villa. The people were friendly, Drexel was great, and the location was perfect. The beautiful beach is right there and the pool was refreshing. The unit itself was clean and had what we needed, even if it was for just one night. This was an absolute gem and the perfect stay for the beginning of our vacation!

Villa Renaissance

My family stayed in a two bedroom condo. Both bedrooms were King and had access to a bathroom. The apartment was clean, had a kitchen and was close to the pool and the beach. The beach is on Grace Bay which has the most gorgeous turquoise color and has small waves and the water is temperate. Best of all plenty of seating at both the pool and beach. The location is walkable to shopping and restaurants.
