"Great location for a family spring break! We visited with our 2 middle school aged kids. The villa was spacious and the patio was our favorite part. The beach was quite windy (you can't predict/control the weather), but we enjoyed the pool and had a rental car to drive to other less windy spots on the island. "

"The apartment itself was very clean and tidy with everything needed provided for the stay. The walk to Smith's Reef entrance on the west access is approximately 20-25 minutes, and an additional 5 minutes to reach an area of water where you can enter. The check-in process was very easy and simple and it was very easy to talk to the host and would answer questions quickly. The only thing i suggest is getting a new coffee maker or cleaning the inside of it a little better as it is a little dirty....

"Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. ...
