The perfect place to stay on Grace Bay! So clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped! The balcony is amazing :) I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a 2B 2BA on the third floor. Amazing views and incredibly well equipped. By day 3 we had booked the unit above for next year. Only nit - the 2nd bedroom was a double - not a queen - and it would be hard for two adults to share the bed. There is a day bed in there as well. The property is spotless - constantly cleaning stairs, common areas and daily housekeeping was the bomb. We had a couple of maintenance items but they were addressed immediately. Location is fantastic - close to all the restaurants and the supermarket. we could always get beach chairs and pool chairs. Only one row of chairs so all are beachfront unlike the larger resorts that have rows of chairs and people.

Our stay at Villa 304 at Villa Renaissance was wonderful. Brikell greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our groceries were waiting for us. The condo's beautiful and kept very clean with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The balcony is spacious and comfortable with an amazing view! The living areas and bedrooms are comfortable.The condo decor is well-appointed and you can tell an interior designer &/or talented owner is thoughtful about design.The beach was perfect and we appreciate the quiet low season as there were only a few others on the beach. Loved not having to get up earlier to reserve a spot. Shedlan and the beach crew kept everything clean and provided excellent customer service. There are plenty of floats and inflatables to borrow for the water located near the shower between the sea & the villas.We didn't spend much time at the pool but it looked wonderful as well.Highly recommend Seven for a nice dinner and there are several easy breakfast/lunch places nearby Shay Cafe and Lemon2Go were both good. We stayed at the end of September/early October so quite a few restaurants are closed in low season.Including a few pics of the spectacular view from the balcony, looking out the floor to ceiling windows from the villa & on the beach.

Amazing week!

We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk.

Breathtaking

This was our second time staying at Villa Renaissance and it was just as beautiful as the first time. The hotel is a gem- location is magnificent, close to everything you need in Grace Bay, and the grounds and condo are just lovely. The same staff have worked here for years and become your friends by the end of your stay. The view off the balcony takes your breath away every morning. I can’t recommend this place any more than to say it’s nearly perfect. And I am a meticulous, highly picky traveler. Love VR- counting the months until we can return.

Awesome place

We stayed there for three nights and then went to the Seven Stars Hotel that's just down the beach. The other hotel was fine, but I wish we would have stayed the entire time at this VRBO. It just has a uniqueness with the pool location that blocks all the wind. The pickleball courts were great and we could just walk to good places to eat. It was great. The staff is awesome too.

Fabulous vacation!

We loved our stay in Villa Renaissance! Turks and Caicos was fabulous! Beach was beautiful and so relaxing! Condo was in beach with fabulous view. We can’t wait to return to paradise!

Property better than the pictures…location is great…. We got a car from Grace Bay Rentals to expand dining opportunities and visit other parts of the island…. Lots of great places than can be walked to though…. Plenty of chairs on the beach…. Great staff…. Will be back

Highly recommend for girls trip

The villa was the perfect size for the four of us. Very clean and views were amazing. We always got a chair at the beach or pool. It’s not a completely full service place like at one of the large resorts but it provided the essentials. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

This property is better than what you see on-line. The pool and beach are awesome. The room was spectacular and very clean. The view from the room is incredible. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected perk that was nice to have clean towels and fresh room every day. The location of the property is the best spot on Grace Bay. We will definitely be back. Loved everything about this week.

Thank you for another wonderful week. We all had a great time! Brikell was especially helpful in arranging an opportunity to see a TCI World Cup qualifier soccer game, an incredible experience for all. The location and friendly service can't be beat. We will be back!:)

8th and last time to Villa Renaissance

This was our 8th time to Villa Renaissance and third time staying in this unit. Unfortunately we experienced many of same issues as previous stays which included door keypad not working on arrival, both safes not working, very limited hot water in evenings (not even 5 minutes) and AC not cooling back bedrooms. Check in process was terrible…our two parties had to wait 30 minutes to be taken to our room, due to greeting agent not being on property for our arrival (even though flight info was shared prior to our arrival as requested). She was also unfriendly and unwelcoming, just like last year. New event center next door was very loud on our first night which didn’t lead to a restful first night. There was a power outage on second night, which led to AC not working and our smoke alarm going off all night - again affecting sleep. My husband went to front desk and was told there was nothing they could do but “we could call engineering.” There were limited beach tables available (not enough for each pair of chairs) and no more beach anarondack chairs that we used to enjoy sitting in close to water. We loved seeing some familiar faces (Novi and Shedlon) but never even saw or met the new manager. With increasing rates in 2024 without any obvious updates to property and rooms, I’m afraid this might be our last time staying at Villa Renaissance.

Great Location!

The villa is in a great central location with many restaurants, shopping and grocery within walking distance. The view of Grace Bay was wonderful, and we loved having breakfast on the porch. Having daily room service was also a great amenity. One negative was the loud music that comes from a nearby bar/restaurant until very late at night. It actually woke us up several times during our stay. Of course this is no fault of the property, but just something to be aware of.

Wonderful stay

The location of the property is great - right in the middle of the village. Lots of options for the restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is as pictured - convenient, clean, great view from the balcony, right on the beach. Highly recommend!!! Couple of things could be improved to make it even better - bottled water should be available, beach service with the towels - they are avail at the front, it would be better if they are by the beach and laid out by the attendant. These are small things that do not spoil the vacation, just could improve the experience. Also, notice that the bed in master bedroom is very high. Some people may find it convenient, some may not. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at VR. This condo is exactly as listed. It is extremely clean and provides stunning views of beautiful Grace Bay beach. It perfectly located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

Villa Renaissance and this unit in particular are fantastic!! You can believe the pictures and the reviews. VR is beautiful and peaceful yet right in the center of Grace Bay activities and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We did not rent a car and did not need one. Taxis are very easy to arrange with the front desk and are clean and the drivers are very professional. Unit 304 is perfectly decorated in a fresh, upscale, yet comfortable style. It had everything we needed for our week (including an amazingly effective AC unit!). But most memorable is the fantastic panorama of the blue waters of Grace Bay with views of both sunrise and sunset as added bonuses! The beach is impeccable, water warm and delightful and the pool equally so. We found all the staff to be wonderfully friendly, responsive, and helpful. On the could-be-improved side of things, both the resort and the unit could use some maintenance upkeep and the unit a bit more dusting. But nothing major and we were told the resort is closing next month to address maintenance. So, do not hesitate a minute -- book this unit at Villa Renaissance! It is a true gem and perhaps the best accommodations on Grace Bay! We loved it.

What a beautiful location and unit! The property manager and staff were helpful and made the stay stress free. Always a chair available at the pool or beach! There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely return!

Disappointment In Paradise

We had a lovely first visit to TCI but, unfortunately, our accommodations were the only thing that could have made it better. On initial arrival I was caught off guard by the wear and tear of the property. It is in need of a major facelift. The unit itself appeared clean, but again old and worn. The worst thing happened during our first morning there - half of the living area ceiling collapsed into a heap of drywall. Luckily none of us were in the unit at the time and there were no injuries. There was not another unit available for the duration of our stay so we had to move for the night and then back again. The property manager handled the situation as best he could. However, after all of the time we spent figuring out next steps over the course of our stay I estimate that we lost almost a full day of our trip due to the situation. The ceiling was repaired quickly and we ended up back in the original unit for the remainder of our stay but it was not well cleaned from the drywall fall and repair. We also found small insects in our bath towels on the last day. Unfortunately, I will not ever stay at Villa Renaissance again.
