We had another amazing stay at the Villa Renaissance! We had an early flight, but were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus :) The apartment has been updated with new kitchen appliances, including a new fridge, dish washer and coffee maker. Great location with direct beach access.

Beautiful villa on a gorgeous beach!

Another amazing week spent in Turks at the Villa Renaissance! Over the past decade, this resort has become our go-to for relaxing family beach vacations on Grace Bay. We love the first-floor with easy access to the beach and beautiful views of the gardens, dunes, and ocean. This is our first time staying in this particular villa and we absolutely loved it. It excels at all of the things we need and all of the things we love -- beautiful decor, comfy chairs and couches to chill/read/nap, a well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances (we cook a lot!), working laundry and dryer, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 nice bathrooms, plus perfect wi-fi. Check-in was easy, and check-out even easier. I have seen some reviews comment on the chair/umbrella situation at the beach -- we have never found this to be a problem; helpful staff, always willing to help, plus a nice collection of other families who are looking for the same thing as us -- a beautiful beach (the best in the world!), calm vibes, and a condo's level of service (remember, it's not a hotel). There is daily house keeping, a lovely pool, and a poolside bar, but you are mostly left alone -- and that's what we want. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return!!!

Villa Renaissance 106 TCI

Property is very well maintained. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly bar right at the pool. Place was exactly as described in description. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Unit was just as advertised and excellent condition. Was perfect for a family of 3 close to beach and pool. Concierge were good and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and look forward to going there again.

Lovely villa! 4.5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay in this ocean view 2 bedroom condo. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and we enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms. The location in Grace Bay is absolutely perfect. You do not need a car unless you'd like to explore the island and/or have the flexibility to drive to further restaurants. The facility is nice - drinks upon arrival, beautiful pool and hot tub (and not too crowded), easy access to the gorgeous beach, always able to find chairs at the beach, lovely garden behind patio. The condo was well maintained overall. A few small detractors were the inside door handle coming off and maintenance never came to fix it, property is a bit dated (bathroom tile, etc), concierge confirmed a dinner reservation our last night that the restaurant didn't have record of, and there was a strong fragrance that smelled like a plug in air freshener (may have been cleaning products). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

The property is very nice and an AWESOME location. We didn't need a car, walked everywhere. The condo was ground floor, walked right out to beach. Very good size for our family of 4. Plenty of kitchenware as we did a lot of cooking. There were a few maintenance issues/cleaniness issues (broken shade, washer didn't work, oven grates had melted cheese and I have a kiddo with severe milk allergy!) thus the 4 star rating. But the manager was very responsive and took care of things. Beach was never crowded nor the pool. The security of the property was not great, but never felt unsafe. Had some neighbors who played their music on the beach and on their porch which was annoying, but not the resort's fault. Cleaning people came every day which was great, esp for the sand!

Amazing property and location!

We loved the quietness and location of this property. Just steps from the ocean on one side and steps from the pool on the other side. Great central location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops. The unit itself was just as pictured and was nicely updated and clean. The daily cleaning service was amazing! Loved our stay here!

Great Stay

Our stay at Villa Renaissance was great. The place was perfect for our family getaway. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the hotel staff seemed put off every time you asked for something. When we got to the beach with our 2 year old at 9 AM no one was at the beach but everyone got there early to throw a towel down to reserve their spot. When we asked the hotel staff which ones we could sit at, they didn’t respond and took a while to provide us with a new set up and acted like we were putting them out. This happened almost every day.

Enjoyed immensely… place was clean, as advertised, friendly people. Right in center close to shopping and great restaurants. We did not end up renting a car. Only 30 minutes to airport. Will be returning!

Great place with spectacular ocean views

Pictures of the property reflect the actual. Very well kept, immaculate, and comfortable. Great million dollar view of the beach and ocean from the unit and the balcony. It was very conveniently located as we could walk to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi are in the courtyard which makes for a nice look when you walk onto the property. The bar and restaurant is only open 12-5 but the food is very good. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help. I would highly recommend.

Villa Renaissance - a can't miss experience

Our third stay at the property should say it all. The location: ideal. The beach; spectacular. The property; we much prefer the smaller beachfront property. Never an issue getting a chair in the shade. The beach is always clean. Rarely an issue with large, noisy groups that don't understand the relaxation and peacefulness of a smaller resort. We can't wait for our next return.

Perfect condo

It was our first time visiting T&C. We did a lot of research looking for lodging. We wanted a smaller resort feel. VR was perfect! It was clean, quiet, beach was breathing taking, location was great, and staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance from condo. We will definitely be back!

Great accomodations - beach/pool not so much

The Unit was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Brikell was extremely responsive and we really appreciated the excellent job she did with our grocery list. Our only complaint is the lack of beach umbrellas and lack of enforcement of VR’s rules.This may seem like a petty complaint but I have melanoma issues and it’s a must for me to be under an umbrella or I can’t be at the beach or pool. There are 28 Units but only 13 umbrellas at the beach. If you ask and there are some extra umbrellas left in the stoarge box, you may be in luck provided it’s not windy. However, it’s still not enough for all the guests should you need one like I do. We choose VR because the reviews stated this would not be an issue.We were very disappointed to find out differently expecially since I left my packable umbrella at home.VR’s policies for reserving spaces are not enforced by the management. Most days we saw unused umbrellas/chairs reserved with towels for the enitre day.The rules state the management can remove them after an hour if not used, but they don’t enforce it. One morning,we saw a woman get towels and watched her stop at the pool and reserve 4 pools chairs and then proceed to the beach and reserve 4 more chairs with two umbrellas.She never showed up at the pool to use her “reserved umbrella/chairs” The hot tub was monoplized for lengthy periods by toddlers with their pool floats and the management did not enforce their rule against it. We did enjoy VR, but it colored our stay.

Beautiful location for a great stay in Provo!

Villa Renaissance is a beautiful property and very comfortable for our family. We have 2 adult children and the 2-bedroom with the single beds and one king was perfect for us. The room had a nice table on the veranda and 2 lounge chairs lower down for us to use. The room, pool and hot tub were spotlessly clean. Only difficult thing at this property was the number of beach chairs/umbrellas, not enough for everyone who wanted one. We really liked the friendly, helpful staff and very available beach/pool towels. The location for this property is great for Provo - an easy walk to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!
