Enjoy long strolls on the private beach, kayak, snorkel right at the reef on the beach steps from your condo. Full kitchen amenities, washer dryer, AC, TV, large bedrooms with ensuites, large decks to enjoy outdoor dining and use of an outdoor grill steps from the front door. Gorgeous property in a nature preserve at the north west part of the island. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant on site had great food. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and had everything you need for a perfect vacation! Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. We will certainly come back!

Hidden Gem

This property is beautiful and quiet. We were always able to fine the perfect beach chair or place by the pool. The property is well cared for by friendly staff. The restaurant is all we needed if we didn’t want to leave the resort.

Hard to imagine a quiet place like this. Glad someone did and then made it available to the rest of us. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos, book here. Easy to find, easy to enjoy!
The area around the property is just magnificent.
Sea grass and sea weed were prevalent this time of year, but still a wonderful beach!

This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. The 2 building complex has a pool , hot tub, kayaks canoes snorkel gear and small restaurant which is open for lunch dinner.and drinks. Nothing was ever crowded. Lisa was great, easy to contact and gave us great recommendations. The price for this marvelous seclusion is that you are about 1/2 hour from Grace Bay and the upscale restaurants. The apartment is at the end a 2-3 mile dirt road and the cars have right side drivers so that took getting used to. All in all an amazing find!!!!

Quiet, beautiful, the perfect getaway spot

This is an amazing property. Lisa did an amazing job in communicating all of the details. The resort staff and restaurant was helpful and delightful. The pool and hot tub area were spotless as well as our room. We will be staying there again very soon.

Tropical haven

Calm and secluded. Beautiful sunrise location. Mature and diversified tropical vegetation in full bloom during our stay. Well maintained resort and an amazing pool. Waking up to the sound of birds from the surrounding nature preserve. A heartfelt thank to Lisa, our host, for her care and kindness. The perfect place to start and end your days of adventures in Providenciales.

Bel endroit très propre et bien entretenu. Coin piscine et plage magnifiques. Très tranquille. Le coin est quand même venteux et il y a un peu d’algues dans l’eau. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Nice place. Great pool. Beach is good. Great area and not busy. Listing says restaurant on site but was told by residents it hasn't been open since 2019. Buy groceries for meals.

Even better than expected!

So pleased we stayed here! The Condo was spotlessly clean, bright, fabulous patio with view of water. Perfect location, beautiful beach, great walks and very quiet location. The gardens, pool and spa are also lovely. Lisa our host answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again - maybe even bring the kids!!

Fabulous Northwest Point Property

We had an amazing time at Northwest point. The staff are all super friendly and informative . The condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds feel very much like a resort with all the amenities. Our host Lisa was very responsive and friendly. We would recommend and return!

Everything was super easy. This place was awesome! The sunrise right out the back window was amazing. The location was close to the pool.as well. We enjoyed the evening swims. Ok, there was a little.seaweed at the ocean when we were there. The kids got used to it after a few minutes and were fine. I thought it made for some amazing snorkeling. You could follow the grassy areas and so much was going on. I saw so many amazing things including walking bat fish. Amazing!.

If you are looking for a place that is away from all of the hustle and bustle and is a tranquil escape, this is the perfect place. We were blown away by how quiet it was and how gorgeous the views were from the condo. The road to get there is a long dirt road, but it was so worth it for the piece of paradise that awaited. There are beautiful beaches and great restaurants within driving distance that allowed for you to experience the beauty and culture of the island, but return to the peacefulness of your condo at the end of the day. Everything was very up to date in the condo and the pool, hot tub, and grill were spotless. Lisa was great with communication offering us suggestions and making sure we were all set with our stay.

Fantastic Time!

Northwest Point is OFF the beaten path and totally worth it! Remote beach, secluded area, calm vibe. Constant Island Breeze makes it feel like the tropical paradise it is. Always space available by the pool and plenty of chairs and shade on the beach. Must rent a car. Well kept. Reef off shore is a solid area with plenty of purple coral and fish, and no one else snorkeling there. Communication with owner was easy and Check-in/Out was very easy. We would stay there again.

False advertising

This property states that it has a pool and a restaurant on the property but when I got there pool was closed for construction and the reastaurant was closed. I was told that the pool is getting fixed and because the place doesn’t have enough people visiting the restaurant stays closed also the ac wasn’t working for 5 days.
