"This condo is in a very small and quaint setting. Right when you walk through the front door it feels like home. You have an instant view of the beautiful Grace Bay. The kitchen, dining and living room are all very open and provide spacious and comfortable seating. The balcony is front and center to the ocean and one of the pools on the property. Both bedrooms have a super comfortable king size bed. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker leaking water. The owner, Brian was super quick...

"Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise."

"This was a perfect home base for our family group as we explored many snorkeling spots around Provo. The layout is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and very comfy beds and bedding. We loved the big sofa, the well-equipped kitchen, and the great light and ventilation through many windows. The patio view out to the harbor was very nice, enjoyed watching the boats of all sizes come and go. Access to Smiths Reef could not be easier, and that was one of our favorite snorkeling...
