The location of this property was just what we wanted. Secluded, away from the Grace Bay madness, and tourists. Most everything was within a 20 min drive. The Condo was clean, neat, and well kept. Including everything you could need for a weeks stay including a full kitchen. The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive, especially when the streets flooded and they helped us get back to the Condo via the roads less traveled. They went over the top leaving us a bottle of champagne to welcome us on our honeymoon. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Also this is a great location for kiteboarding and winging!

Our favorite beach was between the Condo and Northwest point. Very few people, and the beach was good as they get in Turks and Caicos!

The condo was very nice, very well maintained and had all the kitchen supplies, spices and some condiments we needed to cook many nights. A cutting board would be a good add. It was cosy and we had difficulty finding a good place for our suitcases, so they sat in the shower. Tides restaurant opened and was very good. There were some issue with the hot tub heater and jets but it was mostly great. The beach set up was amazing, watch turtles, admired the osprey’s and kite surfers.

Amazing stay!!

Highly recommend this stay. The place is beautiful, secluded, private & very well maintained. The apartment itself is perfectly sized for a couple with all the wanted amenities. The grounds are stunning! The pool area is clean and well taken care of. The beach is perfect & private with coral reef all around for snorkeling right off the beach. We walked towards the point for more snorkeling. The description is accurate. This is a secluded place and just what we were looking for. We couldn't have been happier with our stay & will definitely be returning!

Such a fun spot!

This property was amazing! The condo was so clean. The pool is steps outside of the door and the boardwalk to the ocean was awesome! We used kayaks on the beach and loved sitting under the little huts with chairs. We kayaked out to super bright blue water and snorkeled around for hours! The condo had some snorkeling gear as well as some pool floaties we sat in. The onsite restaurant had really great food and drinks. We loved our stay and would bring our kids back to this same resort. Everyone was so nice and the property grounds were immaculate! Thanks Matt and Erin for sharing your home with us :)

Island get away

Fun location off the beaten path. Quiet and remote. Easy to around island with car. Love the isolated beach, tends to be windy. Unit could use some updating, living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. Overall had a great time.

Beautiful and peaceful

If you are looking to be away from the busy beaches of Grace Bay with all of the beauty this place is for you. Next to a Natioanl Park there are miles of beaches to walk and snorkeling right in front of the resort. The owners left a book with a lot of great recommendations of place to go and things to do. Things to note: it is a few mile drive on dirt roads to get to the resort. It is not an adults only resort. The restaurant on site was open Tues-Sunday 12-7:30 and it had good food.

Such a great getaway & the hosts are the best!

My wife and I stayed at Erin and Matt's place and it was incredible! Will definitely want to come back.The main reasons we loved it:- their condo is at a beautiful and tranquil location, so if you're looking for peace and calm, along with stunning beaches in the Caribbean this is your place. - Erin and Matt really care and it shows. This was clear throughout from the descriptions in their listing, to the detailed & local info they provide to you re: beaches, restaurants, things to do, etc. around Turks & Caicos. The trip would definitely have not been the same without their guidance, especially since it was our first time.- no drive (rental car or taxi) was more than 20-30 minutes to get different parts of Provo. And then you end up hanging out at your destination much of the day anyway.- We ended up going grocery and wine shopping at the start of our trip so we had a nice mix of cooking / grilling and also going out to restaurants in the evenings. When cooking at the condo building we got to meet some visitors and residents which was great.If you book this condo with Erin and Matt you won't be disappointed! We felt right at home and had everything at our disposal for a much-needed beach vacation!

Back tp Paradise

The condo was perfect for the two of us and the pool area was great for a morning coffee overlooking the ocean. The staff were very friendly and the music night at the restaurant was a bonus. We alternated day trips with stays at the resort. Our favorite exploration was down to Malcolm's Beach, although the drive down was a little daunting at first, recommend you have at least a SUV, it was spectacular once you arrived. Northwest Pointe Getaway

It’s off the beaten path, but if you want a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place to stay, this is it. The grounds and beach are gorgeous and well maintained.

Secluded Paradise

My girlfriend and I stayed at NWPR for a week October 2023. From the moment we booked the condo until the day we left it was amazing. Our host Erin was on top of everything from giving us ideas to keeping us updated about some water issues. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay in Provo. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end our adventures every night. Walking the beach up to Northwest Point is something I recommend every visitor should do. We saw lots of turtles, some sharks, bonefish and many other small fish. The water is also clearer just up around the corner to take a dip and very quiet. To say quiet at night is an understatement, you don't get any noise except the waves and some birds. If you like remote and don't mind driving to the resort areas on Grace Bay for entertainment (only about 20 min or so) then I would definitely recommend staying here. Yes the road in is a little drive but you feel like your on an adventure. The island on a whole is different than any I've been on, the people are accommodating but the garbage and trash everywhere I don't understand, you have some of the most beautiful scenery in the Caribbean and should take pride in what you have. Anyway not ment to deter anyone because there is no trash on the beaches and they are beautiful. North and Middle Caicos are also worth a trip for the day especially Mudjin harbour. I just want to thank Erin and Matt and you really do have a special place on Provo.

Anniversary getaway in Turks!

My husband and I had a great first visit to the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. The property was in a private, remote location that created a romantic environment that we enjoyed. The condo was well maintained and had all amenities that we needed. If you plan to venture out to explore the island, a rental car is needed. The property owners were highly responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot in TCI

This is a lovely get-away from the larger, busier spots of Grace Bay. The pool is steps away, as is the beach (although this beach is not as nice as others on the island). While it feels pretty remote, it's a short drive to restaurants and shops. If you want to leave at all, a rental car is needed. Erin is a fantastic host with lots of ideas for your stay. This is a book-it and enjoy-it place! Also recommended, is walking a dog at Potcake K9 rescue (the dogs are also available for adoption).

This is the place to stay in Turks!

Northwest Point is at a remote end of the island, with miles of unspoiled beach. The one bedroom ground floor unit facing the pool was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ask for! Snorkle, beach towels, floats, beach chairs, cooler, record player, TV and good wifi service. We bbq'd and also went to local restaurants: Conch Shack, Bugaloos. We shopped at IGA and a local grocery store. It was a few steps to the pool and hot tub that always had a seat and umbrella. We saw turtles and a shark (it was scared of us and swan away)! Kitesurfing off the beach. Truly a perfect place. Best vacation ever! Thanks to the hosts! You have a gem of a place.

Awesome place!

This property was AMAZING! My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The views were beautiful the host was awesome, prompt and sweet. We would definitely be back. Everything we needed was there for us! We hope to book here again in the future.

Excellent Secluded Vacation

Took a short trip without or kids this time and this condo did not disappoint. If you are looking for beautiful beaches away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of Provo, then this is it. We rented a car and were able to get to the things in town when we wanted but for the most part we stayed at the resort and relaxed. The walk to the point of the island was the highlight of the trip.

Wonderful stay amazing host

The condo and location was exactly as advertised. Very clean and cute. Perfect for a couple. The grounds are kept very nice. The pool area was awesome. You can walk the beach and not see another person. The island is amazing and the people were really nice. We felt safe everywhere we went. Finally Erin was amazing. Best host we have ever had. She answered all of our question promptly. Gave us all kinds of great information and suggestions. She even accommodated us after some travel mishaps we had. We will definitely be coming back.

Magical, beautiful and serene

My hubby and I just returned from Turks and Caicos where we stayed at NWP resort. Our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment was steps from the beautiful pool and a few more steps from the white sand beach. Erin and Matthew’s property is just perfect. Everything you need to be comfortable and spoiled. Erin is a first rate hostess, prompt and accommodating communication when questions arose. What other people may feel are drawbacks, we found to be the very best qualities of this location- 20 minutes from town, nobody else around. On shore breezes all day. Older mature guests with quiet spaces and serenity. Gorgeous pool for lounging, rugged white sand beach for walking. We loved our time so much, next year “We’re back!”

great low key getaway

Beautiful property in more secluded part of the island. Despite being far north on the island, nothing was too far away--a car is definitely needed. The pool area was really nice and relaxing, no crowds and recently refurbished. The beach is beautiful and breezy, but not ideal for swimming--perfect for long walks and stargazing at night. All the folks we met there were friendly as well. Overall a nice low key getaway.

Serene private resort

Great location away from the high trafficked tourist spots. A private beach all to yourself within a minute from your doorsteps. Well maintained grounds with friendly staff. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We spent 7 nights, Highly recommend!!
