Esta unidad ático esquina 3/4 dormitorio tiene dos dormitorios principales con vista al mar, un dormitorio de matrimonio y un cuarto dormitorio extra con dos camas individuales. También hay tres baños completos.
    Este 2400+ plaza residencia pie consiste en una vida abierta y comedor; cocina con mesada de granito; y un balcón de esquina frente a la playa privada con vista a la playa de Grace Bay y está justo al lado de la exclusiva Grace Bay Club.

We had an amazing time here. Regina was so helpful while we were there and the hosts were so responsive and helpful with suggestions.The view is amazing and just steps away from the beach. I couldn’t have for a better place. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the place. Regina was amazing and got us everything we needed. It was right on the beach and had everything..chairs and umbrellas. It was close to restaurants and shops. Rode the bike for groceries. The garage had bikes, paddle boards and kayaks which we used. I would come back in a heartbeat :). Wish we didn't have to leave. The beach in front of the condo is amazing with calm waters and is not crowded at all.

Our group had an amazing time during our stay. The view from the condo is amazing and is very well appointed with everything we needed. Regina was was absolutely incredible—attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely visit again.

Our family of six tremendously enjoyed this property! I know many reviews say that pictures and written descriptions don’t do a place justice, but in this case it is so very true. The views were extraordinary, the beach access and beach experience were perfect and having the pool to enjoy in the evening was even better. Regina was incredibly attentive and caring. The house was very well stocked with all we needed, and the ocean floats were a hidden gift that made floating in the water the best memories ever. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We cannot wait to return. (PS- a sunset cruise on the Lady Grace is a non-negotiable must!)

Perfect stay near Grace Bay Beach!

This condo with ocean views was the perfect place to stay near Grace Bay Beach with my family, which includes little ones. Safe, quiet, spacious, clean, and just a moments walk to the beautiful turquoise ocean water, beach, pool, and hot tub! We would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful place in the perfect location. The concierge services was the best and made everything so easy. The owners were fabulous too and very responsive to all my inquiries before the trip. We plan on returning next year and would love to stay here again.

May 23-30, 2026. Group of 8 This condo was excellent. Plenty of supplies and if you needed anything just ask Regina she was quick to reply and helpful. Clean and well manicured grounds. Right on the beach. Walk 1 minute to a beach bar that serves food and drink. Perfect for a light lunch and a few beers. Walk 7 minutes to Reef Rocker bar and grill for a more substantial meal. Water is calm even on a windy day. Water is crystal clear. We used the available condo kayak and bikes. Ocean View from condo is amazing. Paid water sports are available right there on the beach, the cruise boat that take you out for dinner cruises, or party cruises, or sight seeing, snorkeling, parasol, pick you up right there on the beach. For all the water activity location was as good as it gets.All good things to say about our stay and this condo.

Spectacular Condo w/ Perfect Location

The condo is absolutely beautiful right in the heart of Grace Bay. One minute walk to the beach. Owners and Property Manager, Regina, were very responsive and took care of everything. We highly recommend!

Perfect condo location

Spacious condo with gorgeous views of beach and pool. Every morning umbrellas and chairs waiting for us on beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Very relaxing as not over crowded.

Perfect paradise home!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here!

Lovely Vacation Property!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of our time. The location cannot be beat - there are spectacular ocean views and it's in between the Grace Bay Club and the Royal West Indies hotel. We have a wide age range in our family - 75 down to 5, and everyone enjoyed our stay. The communication with Regina and Gia was seamless and they were beyond helpful with any/all questions. The house has everything you need - beach towels, sand toys for kids, a great kitchen and absolutely perfect outdoor dining on the deck. If we come back to Turks, we'd absolutely come back to this property!

Phenomenal

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Perfectly nestled to have privacy as well as having access to walking along the beach to multiple resorts, bars, restaurants, etc. The Ground or well-maintained. We were met as soon as we arrived. Stunning Sunrise and Sunset views. When you’re not you can sit on the balcony and take the view of the. Ocean
