Great visit

The villa is in a great location with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. The beach was quiet in front of the resort and we never had a problem getting chairs/umbrellas. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We ate one night at Casa Nonna at the Ritz next door and a couple nights at The Deck in Seven Stars resort. We had a rental car so also made the drive to Da Conch Shack and Omar's. Also enjoyed Hemingway's. Highly recommend Coco Van for lunch. One note - the bugs/mosquitos were out at night so bring bug spray if you want to enjoy the balcony after sunset!

The BEST place

This was our 5th time to Grace Bay and by far the best yet. We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near.

Excellence all around

From your spacious balcony you see lush beautifully maintained greenery and turquoise water- exudes luxury. The villa was well decorated, beds super comfortable and welcome drinks appreciated. The only suggestion for other guests is that the sofa bed could be a bit better so it should be used only for children who don’t mind a bump or two. But no worries we loved our short stay and next time we will stay many nights.

Great Resort on Grace Bay

This property is perfect to be on Grace Bay near restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. We had a 2-bedroom, ocean front with balcony, room. We loved it. The staff were very helpful with dinner suggestions, taxi reservations and other help. If we visit Grace Bay again, we would easily stay here again!

Even prettier in person! The hosts are fantastic, accommodating, very helpful. The property is stunning. Gorgeous views, easy access, private, and more than enough space at the pool and on the beach for all the guests! Great experience!

Wonderful

My husband and I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, very ‘tropical’ feeling, and had an unbeatable view. We had our breakfast on the balcony every morning. There were a few minor issues, but they were handled immediately and completely. Management was really extraordinarily responsive when I emailed about them. That’s the key, right there. There could always be issues, but it’s the way they are handled that can make or break it. We would love to return to this lovely condo! Hopefully we will!

Perfect location

Loved everything about Villa Renaissance! Amazing views and perfect beach. Close to walk or bike to most places you would want to go on the island. They provided great recommendations for snorkeling tours too. Will definitely be staying here again.

40th Anniversary trip

Our condo 304 was very nice and quiet, had all the comforts of home. Very nicely decorated with plenty of lounging and relaxing space. Just what we wanted. The complex was well arranged and had all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Will be returning soon to this location.

Our family of four stayed in 203 and have a fabulous week. The condo had an amazing view and everything you would need. The two bedroom condo was spotless upon arrival and was cleaned daily. The location was in the middle Of all the things in Grace Bay. Our family would definitely come back to Villa Renaissance

This place is amazing! The location is more than perfect. The pool is nicely nested in the middle of the property which helped with the windy weather we had. This unit is beautifully decorated and you will have everything you need! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location on Grace Bay

We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance and definitely want to come back. The location of the condo complex couldn't be better as we were a stones throw to the beach and also to lots of shops and restaurants. The unit itself was nice and as described on the listing. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was super lovely and kept our room refreshed and clean every day. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked - it was missing some things that we would have enjoyed having during our week long stay - such as a strainer or some Tupperware to keep our leftover food in. They also don't provide things like cooking spray, tinfoil, Saran Wrap, etc - so you'll have to buy all those at the store if you want to cook. But overall, nothing significant to complain about. The AC did stop working while we were there, but we contacted the property manager in the morning and they had it working later that afternoon which we appreciated. Overall, definitely a 5/5 stars and highly recommend if you're looking to enjoy a beach vayk in Turks.

An Absolute Gem on Grace Bay

We can't envision a more beautiful and convenient stay in TCI. This rental is next level in so many ways. Communication was direct and always accommodating. Check in was a breeze and included tasty complimentary drinks for adults and kids. Villa Renaissance was a delight. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff who were diligent and thorough. Both the pool and beach access are beyond incredible. No words to describe this water. The views from the balcony and the unit in general are lovely. Clean towels, beach chairs and cold drinks were never once an issue. A short walk to many dining options. Full kitchen and laundry were a big help with young kids. Beds were comfy. No complaints whatsoever.
