Bucket list

Going to Turks and Caico has been on my bucket list for over 20 years. Seeing pictures of the beautiful beaches intrigued me and I wanted to see it for myself. My sister, her husband, my husband and myself had an Amazing trip. The water is just as beautiful in person as in the pictures . The condo was wonderful, so comfortable and inviting. The whole process from start to finish went seamlessly.

Best secret for lodging in Grace Bay

Our 4th time staying at Villa Renaissance-4 different villas, all with so many benefits. Location can’t be beat- walking distance to the best restaurants, convenient walk to grocery store..it’s great to pick up snacks and breakfast/lunch items & beverages here.Love having living area, kitchen , great bathrooms & bedrooms, and a plus-washer/dryer. Beach is phenomenal and quiet. This time’s villa was on 3rd floor-what a great ocean view. Look forward to next time!

We are friends from age 13….all shared our 60th birthdays together, and wanted to to do it someplace special…and Villa Renaissance did NOT disappoint! You met every expectation, and beyond! It felt like our own private getaway. We can’t wait to return. Readers… Don’t delay your reservation… and make your way to Omar’s for lunch/dinner!!

Better than Photos!!!

VR is better then advertised! Units are large and beautiful, the lanai is amazing, location is perfect, staff is friendly and 24 hr security. Again did I mention location, steps from beach, walking distance to restaurants, resorts and shopping and grocery store. Only complaint, the beach attendant would not let us move umbrella's on the beach away from the edge of the sand dune.

Clean, comfy & convenient

This was our 3rd trip to Provo, and this property is the most central and convenient. The staff is wonderful, and they keep the unit clean. I highly recommend!

Vacation Paradise

The Villa Renaissance is a wonderful place to stay in Grace Bay. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. However, the service and cleanliness seemed a bit off this year. This was our 4th Year at the Renaissance. We will be back again, but they need to step up their game a bit. I may sound a little picky, but I know the A+ service and cleaning they have given in previous years. This year was a B+. I still love the place, but I know from previous years they can be better.

Best location on Grace Bay

Great location. Only issue was that water heater broke and we needed to take a few cold showers before they replaced water heater. They were responsive. Outside of that, stay was great.

Beautiful Beach

Pluses: This unit is at a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Very clean. Only suggestion is that they have menus from nearby restaurants in the unit to review. Also need more tupperware bowls. Need games and cards too. Minues: Not a resort feel. No actual sit down restaurant on site. Took drink orders on the beach just once.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property has a glorious view overlooking Grace Bay! It is spacious, immaculate, has updated furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens. Beach access is super easy and anything you need is a short walk to a shopping area that is very safe. We hope to return next year!

Another Great Stay at Villa Renaissance

We greatly enjoyed another stay in a two bedroom 2.5 bath suite ocean front suite at Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay. Each bedroom had king sized beds (some units do not) The property is nicely situated on Grace Bay in the middle of numerous restaurants and walking distance to a supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is cable tv and Wifi. We usually stay the week of MLK’s birthday and there is never a problem getting chairs at the pool or the beach. There is a nice bar at the pool and I believe they have a relationship with a restaurant that will deliver food to your chair. Before we left, we made our reservation for your stay in 2025.

Our villa is great

We loved our stay at our lovely condo, beautiful view, lux furnishings, great over-all, but there is just a few nit picky things that could help everyone enjoy their stay more . . . The tile flooring in the front entry & the primary bathroom shower, really needs to be cleaned, a deep steam clean. Very dirty & long over due. The DVD player doesn't work at all, needs to be replaced, or take it off the amenities list. The TV needs to be looked at, the cable time setting is messed up, so you can't watch shows cuz the timing is off. And you can't use the apps. The WIFI doesn't go all the way into the bedrooms, so you can only use your phone or computer in the public areas. Maybe an extender so the WIFI can reach into the bedrooms would be nice. The granite counter is broken between the kitchen sink & the front edge, that needs to be looked at. Other than those things, the condo is comfortable, beautiful, relaxing, the lanai/porch is great, so is the location and the resort is wonderful. We really did have a great time. Thank you.

Beautiful Property

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this property. The grounds and rooms were all well maintained and the beach and ocean were as beautiful as you can imagine. We did have a hiccup, but Brikell was amazing and took care of us as well as the rest of the staff. Would recommend highly!

Perfect location

This property is the perfect location! Everything is in walking distance. Shops/restaurants/stores are all close by. Our room had everything needed to make our stay extremely comfortable and convenient, such as soaps/shampoos/towels/paper towels/laundry detergent, etc. Customer service from the staff was excellent. The bicycles were a nice extra, too. There were always bikes available. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Renaissance.

Relax in Style!

Our third year at Villa Renaissance. I plan to make it a fourth! Thank you Brickell and the staff for an excellent vacation. You never disappoint. Turks & Cacios is our go to place to get away and relax. The Villa Renaissance makes it even better. Highly recommended place to stay.

Most Wonderful Vacation with Grown Children

The location of this property was key to a perfect vacation. It combined the best of a resort with the best of a short-term rental. It had many of the amenities of a full-service resort, but the space and privacy of a well-appointed luxury condominium! It is spacious enough to provide privacy for adults sharing the condominium and the balcony is enormous! The view is spectacular as is the proximity to the beach and pool. It’s also very conveniently located (walking distance) to many restaurants, shops, a grocery store and drug store. We almost didn’t need our rental car. We plan on returning to Villa Renaissance!
