"Was a wonderful place to stay !!! The balcony was just a little dirty to sit on but other than that the whole place was GREAT ! 1000000/10 . would LOVE to book a trip again . "

"House and property are modern and nice. Ubers are about 8-10 to broadway so very cheap and within walking distance if you don’t have cowboy boots on haha! Very well priced. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely place. It was well centralized location for tours,shops, Lower Broadway and restaurants. The view of the river was a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here...

"Perfect size for our group with a close uber/lyft to broadway. Listing was a little off as it is about a 8-10 minute drive to broadway and not the 3 minute drive as advertised. Overall easy check in/check out and clean unit."

"We loved this unit! It’s decorated nicely and designed with thought. The location is perfect. We walked most of the week we were here. We would stay here again! "

"Great place! We stayed here with three couples and the condo was well stocked and close to everything. Communication was wonderful and it was nice we could park in a secure garage. "

"Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic. "

"This condo was a great location to be just enough off broadway. Although we could've walked, we ubered just because it was more comfortable in our non-walking cute boots. We walked to the coffee shop every morning Land Of A Thousand Hills which was amazing. We scootered to calle taco for some delicious tex mex. We were here during CMA fest, so the cost of ubers was a little inflated, but still an easy access place. The communication with the host was super easy and helpful. "

"Great rental with amazing views. Very well stocked and could even play cornhole on the balcony. Yes the balcony is that big! The building has some good amenities including workout room, grill, ping pong and pool. Jack whites record store is right next door and a brewery is about 100 yards away"
