"It was clean quiet and super close to Dollywood"

"The condo itself was beautiful we enjoyed the condominium and all the amenities. The pool does not have lighting at night but you're allowed to swim as long as you want no pool hours. The condo sits off of the strip but it is up a mountain and you turn to go up another Mountain to get to it. The trolley that comes to get you has to be walked to down both mountains. The stairs at the hotel that is supposed to take you downtown also has at least a half mile to a mile walk to get to the strip. This...

"Parking was great. The kitchen had everything i needed Togo cook. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were Clem and will stocked. "

"The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to."

"Property was clean. We did have some issues. The refrigerator was very loud that you had to turn the tv louder to hear over it. I did express this concern with host.They did offer to have maintenance come but never came the whole 5 night stay. The pull out couch bed was bent near feet. Had to pull mattress off and sleep on floor unless you wanted to sleep with feet pointed at floor. The blow dryer didnt work they did replace which was great. The location was nice. "Casey was quick to answer a message when we couldn’t get in to the condo. It was user error but he was patient and called to make sure we were able to get in. Space was perfect and loved that we could walk everywhere. 5/5 for sure!"
