"Location and size was great. Also had a fantastic patio and deck. There are a few things to note. Make sure to read about parking ahead of arrival. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the iron did not work properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in as well."

"It's a VERY nice condo. The decor is amazing. Just a 15 min walk to Broadway there are a few things to do very close (as in next door). We went to a concert at the truth which would be a 20 min walk or a 5 min uber/drive. There's paid parking lots right across the way and a couple free spots right in front.
2 minor cons: There's a train track *literally* steps away. That train comes through EVERY 2 HOURS around the clock. Now, I am a lite sleeper BUT slept with AirPods -it still woke me. There...

"We really enjoyed the location and ease to get anywhere we needed to within Downtown Nashville. The flat is very clean and provided what we needed for our two night stay. The only issue we had is the bed was very loud when getting in and out of it. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space."
