We loved this place - well equipped kitchen - comfortable beds and living room furniture - lovely view of the river and close to everything in Nashville. Plus free parking! Huge bonus in Nashville where parking costs are a nightmare. The bedroom nearest the front door seemed to experience more noise than the bedroom close to the living room but overall, the place was pretty quiet. The place was renovated and lovely except for one very glaring thing: the water closet (the separate room containing the toilet, bathtub, and shower) is in serious need of a renovation. The enamel was peeling off the tub and looked terrible. This was particularly disconcerting because I had to get down on my knees and wash my hair under the bathtub tap because the rusty rainshower head had no water pressure and I would never have been able to get the soap out of my hair. Also, just a picky thing, there was no shower mat and I slipped several times getting out of the shower. Lastly, it is impossible to get tile flooring such as this clean and the grout looked filthy.I'm not sure why they renovated the whole place and left the water closet in such a state.I know this sounds negative but other than this, we really did love the place.
