Great location inside the gates at punta mita, access to golf and other resort amenities (including beach clubs), and we liked that it’s very close to town if you want to go to shops or dining outside the gates.For us, there were some challenging logistics as we traveled with our 5 children (the youngest being 5 months). You really need a golf cart to enjoy punta mita and this property does not come with one. I found it very stressful to have to deal with that...

While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. "This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinky’s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall we’re pleased with the furnishings. The best part was the amazing concierge Eli who was so helpful with everything from finding the charger for the remote control to booking spa appointments. "This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. "
