"We enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s home, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large patio which was great for our morning coffee. The condo is walking distance to quite a few restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Patricia was always very quick to answer our questions when needed. We definitely want to return. "

"Pool and deck area plus great sunset views made up for smaller issues in the condo itself. We couldn’t find relatively close grocery stores and would be more of an issue if we stayed longer and wanted to buy food to cook versus us going out to great little restaurants close by."

"From booking to checkout everything was easy and on time. The best review I can give is if we would book this property again and I say we absolutely would. The building is well kept and the neighborhood very quiet. The rooftop pool was clean as was our accommodation. The Ocean is just steps away and the common pool area fantastic. "

Prácticamente estás al pie de la playa, puedes escuchar oleaje desde la terraza. "We find most areas of Puerto Vallarta noisy and crowded. This condo in Nuevo Vallarta is located right on the most beautiful quiet and peaceful beach in the area. You will seldom be harrased by vendors walking the beach selling things and you will always find a nice quiet private palapa and charis to spend your day on the beach. "The space was perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had their own spaces. We spent most of our time at the pool or sitting on the balcony. The restaurants at the attached Wyndham were very convenient. About a 25-30 minute ride from the airport to Villa Magna. Check-in was a breeze. Maria was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. Ubers were plentiful, and we traveled to the Malcon for shipping and restaurants, a 35-40 minute ride. Highly recommend! "
