Estuvimos 4 noches el departamento espectacular muy limpio y por arriba de mis expectativas. Lo mejor los anfitriones Georgina y Guillermo todo el tiempo atentos a lo se nos ofreciera. ESPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful and well-appointed property. Located centrally within the resort. We paid extra to have an extra occupant, and it turned out the extra occupant was unable to come on the trip. We let the property owner know in advance and they wouldn't reimburse us, blaming VRBO's policies. Upon confirming VRBO's policies, that turned out not to be the case. There is also no TV in the main living area.

Comfortable and Relaxing

All logistics from booking to check out went very smoothly because of great communication from the owner and property manager. The accommodations were just as described on line and very comfortable. The location in Punta Mita is great - close to golf club and easy cart ride to beach clubs. Looking forward to a return trip!

Gorgeous and perfect for a friends weekend

We’re four former college friends that met for a quick beach weekend. The place was perfect. The view is stunning - even better in person. We loved the private pool. The host Mariana was super helpful, kind, and responsive. We had the absolute best time and our already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Amazing property in the heart of Punta Mita

This was an amazing property with beautiful views. Mariana (our concierge) was so sweet and welcoming, she helped make our stay seamless! The owners obviously take pride in their home and make sure all needs are met for their guests. We will book this unit again!

Fabulous Flat!

This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them, almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Lovely stay!

The property is flawless. The owners live in the area and it shows, never once needed to ring them for anything. Lovely decor, one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of kitchen utensils. We didn’t cook much but if you wanted to they had everything. Housekeeping came in and out while we out enjoying the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, but place needs updating

We've been to Punta Mita quite a few times and always love coming back to such a peaceful/beautiful place. The past few times we have booked vrbo and this last time was our least favorite rental. The pre booking, communication with the managers was all great. Each time I reached out there was always a quick response in making reservations or whatever it may be. However, the place itself really needs updating. Two of the bedrooms had no outlet to charge phones, the sheets/comforter were very thin and not comfortable, the towels that they provided were not soft/old and the lawn chairs in the bedrooms were not appealing. Lastly, I think there needs to be better communication up front as to what the fee will be if an additional person is added. To find out that we had to pay an exorbitant amount for my son to sleep on a blow up mattress seemed unreasonable. We would never book this place again with the experience we had.

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita!

Georgina was an exceptional host and the property was nothing short of spectacular. She was waiting for us when we arrived to the condo to give us a guided tour and answer any questions we had about the property, beach club access, recommendations for dining, etc. The property itself was plenty spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 for the week and its location afforded us a sunset view right on the 12th tee box. We made use of the included golf cart on a regular basis to and from each of the beach clubs and dinner each night. The weather was perfect the entire week and we are already making plans to return!

A little piece of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean. The owners were super helpful in setting up reservations for whale watching, dinners and even an in-condo massage. We loved sitting on the patio having coffee or drinks and watching golfers. The whole gated community and beach clubs were amazing and the provided golf cart made getting around a breeze. We felt very safe throughout our stay and the staff at the gate houses and clubs were so helpful and kind. The fresh seafood and the restaurants were delicious. Overall this trip exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at El Encanto 501. Our hosts made all of the arrangements for restaurants, cleaning and golf. Everything was just as it was presented on line. The property is beautiful. I would highly recommend Georgina and Gillermo as hosts.

excellent stay in Punta Mita

Great place in a great part of Punta Mita. The peninsula is even better than the last time we went with the addition of el surf club and a terrific sushi restaurant at Kapuri Beach club. This condo in El Encanto that we stayed at was perfect. Giant private plunge pool with a great outdoor space. The hosts were great and extremely responsive to communications. We had a problem with golf cart provided. It was immediately replaced with another one (zero wait time). It was warm in one of the bedrooms one night. It was immediately fixed the next morning and remained cool after that. Host helped with restaurant reservations and made new reservations and cancellations when our plans changed. Would definitely stay again.

Family time

We had an amazing time! Georgina and her husband Guermillo are wonderful hosts! We have tried other homes in Punta Mita, but we alway come back to their homes.. they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a perfect as it can be! Their homes are always clean and their staff is always very accommodating as well. I highly recommend their homes for a spectacular visit to Punta Mita!

Beautiful unit in a very beautiful place. Good value and incredible cleanliness, great service. Hosts are fantastic people that truly care about their guests and their stay and it shows. I couldn't recommend this place more, we will certainly be back!
