"After reading all the positive reviews, I was pretty disappointed in this property and with the property owner. The positives: Bucerias is a beautiful place that is tourist-friendly without being completely crowded, even during Christmas week. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as Sayulita, but it has a great vibe and charm. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, A/C in every room, a good-sized kitchen, and a lovely patio area, including a big patch of grass in the shade that was perfect for...

"Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants."

"Nunca contestaban los mensajes después de hospedarnos el agua caliente no salía rápido y se terminaba igual. Nunca nos limpiaron la casa estuvimos 4 días la arquitectura de la casa no es mala pero no es verdad todos los servicios que dice que tienen y tampoco dice el anunció que la cochera solo es para un coche La verdad pésima desicion jamás volveré a rentar la propiedad"

"Over all of the property was beautiful and enjoyable but there was a few things we noticed. 1st thing we noticed was the property was missing beds. Yes beds its advertised as sleeping 10 with 5 bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds in it. It does not. It has 1 king size bed per room and there are only 4 bedrooms. The second bed is a old dirty nasty cot which needs a new mattress. We asked for extra blankets to try to make due with the bed situation. When yhe women came she gave us blankets and sheets...

"Casa Cantera made for an amazing stay for our family. Gorgeous, well-maintained house and great location, this was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The roof deck was a big bonus. Julie and her team are very responsive to any questions. The only downside is the street can be quite busy and noisy during rush hour."

"Owners are great they stay parts of the year on the ground pool level part of the duplex They have two incredibly mannered and small dogs. As long as you appreciate dogs like we do you will love it. Owners stay to themselves but are very friendly and helpful when you ask for their help. We will be returning for sure!"
