"I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

"50th birthday celebration with my friends. Gorgeous home, great pool to relax in. Love the open concept of the first floor for our group. 4 blocks to the beach and multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance.We came in late May, warm and humid and the pool was a welcomed refreshing experience. Three full bathrooms. Everything was in working order and the house manager was delightful, greeted us, gave us local recommendations and was available for any questions. Highly...

"El lugar esta muy bonito, bien acondicionado, tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar, esta muy limpio y funcional, muy c ercano a todo. Sobre sale la amabilidad de Teresa, la encargada del lugar. La alberca con agua tibia y muy limpia diario. Para toda la familia la experiencia y estadia fue maravillosa y por lo tanto inolvidable. GRACIAS !!!"

"The condo is very comfortable with a great private patio that leads to the pool deck There are just 5 units in the complex with a nice selection of chairs on the pool deck. The unit we stayed in was nicely furnished and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here, there are lots of great little cafes and restaurants nearby with the beach just 2 blocks away. "

"Over all of the property was beautiful and enjoyable but there was a few things we noticed. 1st thing we noticed was the property was missing beds. Yes beds its advertised as sleeping 10 with 5 bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds in it. It does not. It has 1 king size bed per room and there are only 4 bedrooms. The second bed is a old dirty nasty cot which needs a new mattress. We asked for extra blankets to try to make due with the bed situation. When yhe women came she gave us blankets and sheets...

"When we arrived Ron showed us our villa how to open gate and showed us around the property. The property was very well maintained, and beautiful. "Beautiful grounds and great ground level villa. In rural area but walking distance about 40 minutes to Bucerias. As suggested by owner car is needed for most people. Cheap taxi/uber ride in to town. Villa is equipped with everything needed. Beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Washer and dryer available for use. Great pool area. "
