"Un lugar que hay que dejar claro que si buscas un HOTEL este no lo es , es un condominio muy bonito y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia por varios dias. Me toco ir en dias de temporada baja y creo solo eramos nosotros de huespedes en todo el edificio, lo que para mi y mi familia nos parecio excelente. Repito es un Condominio no hay servicio de restaurante ni de limpieza. Pero es un lugar excelente y claro que regresaria."

"Our stay at Punta Mita was fantastic, we were two couples with two kids each, and we enjoyed Mark’s condo thoroughly. It’s clean, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and in a great location. By staying here, we were able to go to various beach clubs and had a pool basically for ourselves in the building. "Beautiful beachfront property in one of my favorite complexes in the gates - HDM. Joe was an amazing concierge. He even installed a new tv knowing we would be having a Super Bowl party at the house. "This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possible need. Max was great and very responsive to our needs. The only complaint is the small bunk room doesn’t have air flow and it got hot at night. But we all loved the property and plan to go back!!"
