"Great place! The host was informative and even helped out with a fishing guide. We really loved the area, we kayaked the bay and utilized the bicycles provided by the host. The only complaint i have is that the home is in need of a little tlc. You can tell it is a rental. Other than that the experience was terrific. "We had a wonderful family stay and would absolutely come back. The house was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked incredibly well, which made a huge difference in the summer heat wave we were having that weekend. We had a lot of fun on the kayaks and the green light for fishing in the back dock was a bonus for night fishing. The beach is located right across the neighborhood entrance. "Size of the house is good for a large family, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, however there is only one small sectional for main living area for people to sit. The bedrooms do not have closets or hooks so there is nowhere to hang clothes. The downstairs sliding doors did not work, the upstairs had a terrible musty smell and the flooring is coming up, there were ants in the kitchen constantly and the sink didn't have a plug or the rubber disposal protector so when you needed to use it the...
