  • Casa con varias viviendas "Aquila", bonita, lujosa de 5 plantas del año 2004. En el barrio de Zer Bännu, a 850 m del centro, lugar tranquilo, soleado, orientación sur. En el inmueble: ascensor, sala guardaesquís, calefacción central. Supermercado 750 m, restaurante 350 m, panadería 850 m, alquiler de bicicletas 850 m, a 15 minutos del centro andando, parada autobús "Wiestibrücke" 500 m, estación de tren "Bahnhof Zermatt" 850 m. Tren de montaña, alquiler de esquís 700 m, parada de ski-bus 500 m, escuela de esquí 1.1 km, escuela de esquí para niños 1.1 km. Los taxis no pueden llegar hasta delante de la casa. La entrega de llaves se realiza por la agencia Interhome en Zermatt. Los taxis pueden acceder hasta una distancia de 50 pasos de la casa.
    Ático de 4 estancias 119 m2, en el ático, orientación sur. Con mobiliario moderno y de buen gusto: salón-comedor grande con chiminea nórdica, mesa de comedor, TV cable, pantalla plana, radio, CD y DVD. Salida al balcón. 1 dorm. doble con 1 cama doble (1 x 160 cm, 200 cm de longitud). 2 dorm., cada habitación con 2 camas (90 cm, 200 cm de longitud). Grande cocina abierta (horno, lavavajillas, 4 placas de vitrocerámica, tostadora, hervidor de agua eléctrico, microondas, congelador, cafetera eléctrica, horno Raclette, set de Fondue (chinoise, queso)). Baño/WC, ducha/WC. Calefacción por el suelo. Balcón 13 m2, orientación sur. Muebles de balcón. Vista panorámica muy bonita el Matterhorn. El alojamiento dispone de: secador de pelo. Internet (Wifi, gratis). A tener en cuenta: apartamento para no fumadores.

Picturesque and charming apartment

We loved our time in this charming just right sized apartment. It had everything we needed and the building was quiet. You have to enjoy walking up and down to and from the village. It felt like stepping back in time and was a very peaceful stay.

Great appartment

Plenty of space, very nice living area and open kitchen, superb views on the Matterhorn. Highly recommended. Beware accessibility, plenty of stairs. Not a problem if you are in a good shape

Great apartment - tough to get to though...

Really well equipped and organized: the Interhome team were great, very available and the apartment itself has great views (although the tree is now a bit bigger than in the listing photo!) and is well equipped. But... boy it takes some getting to - either a 15 mins walk or a 20.- taxi ride, then down steps, down an elevator, up steps, up an elevator... all to get to the front door! Ok if you're traveling light, but it's some effort if you dragging luggage and kids. So overall, if you're traveling light and are fit/mobile enough to bypass the elevators, take the stairs up and down and walk back and forth into town - this place is great.

Clean Apartment

The apartment is as advertised: spacious and comfortable, with great views of the town of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked with cooking equipment, and everything was very clean. There were a few things that surprised us, that could have been better. A family of 5 staying for 7 days needs more than one garbage bag for the kitchen, and no extras were provided. There was also no dishwasher detergent, no napkins or paper towels, and very little toilet paper.

Appartement spacieux très bien équipé.

Apparemment top avec vue magnifique. Seul bémol et pas des moindres, est son emplacement et accès par des escaliers et ascenseur dans l’immeuble voisin , donc compliqué avec bagages et skis...

Als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, war sie eiskalt (ungeheizt) !! Das Cheminee konnten wir nicht anheizen (kein Holz vorhanden!) Geschirrspül-Tabs waren abgezählt 5 Stk.vorhanden für 6 Tage und 6 Personen !! Mussten nachkaufen! 1 Abfallsack für eine Woche und 6 Personen !! 3 WC-Rollen für 2 WC's die mussten wir ebenfalls nachkaufen !! Also für meinen Begriff, sehr knausrig !! Ich habe nirgends im Beschrieb gelesen, dass diese Wohnung am Hang sehr weit oben steht !Für ältere Leute nicht unbedingt em

Beautiful Mountain Penthouse apartment

This is a beauitiful, well equipped apartment with a lot of special touches. The architecture with the beams and wood trim and builtins was lovely. It had a real Swiss mountain feel and had every thing we needed. Weenjoyed our stay there very much. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked breakfast and two dinners there. The only difficuilty was the steep climb for us to get there. I am 78 and my husband is 80.

Alles Perfekt

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, schöner Balkon und super Aussicht. Ruhige Gegend, ca. 15 Min. vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Für Familienferien mit grösseren Kindern perfekt. Zugang zum Haus führt über Treppen und Lift. Für Personen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet.
