The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. "The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime. "The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, the view from the suite with the lake and the golf course is incredible. The pool and common areas are very well-maintained and there's never anyone around; we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves even during peak season. The beach is just across the street, a two-minute walk, and it's gorgeous, one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen in the Caribbean. "We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called."
