50th birthday celebration

I’ve just spent an amazing 5 days at Sandcastle villa in Miami with ten friends from London for my 50th birthday celebration.The pictures do not do the property justice. It had everything you could wish for to make it a special stay.The owner John was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was so much trouble for him. If you’re looking for somewhere to have a memorable stay, then this is the place for you

Bachelorette Dream Weekend

We had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous waterfront home for my bachelorette weekend! From start to finish, John and his team were amazing. John was super responsive to any questions we had, both before and during our stay, and made the whole experience so smooth.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, a quick tour of the property, and even a bottle of champagne to kick off the weekend—such a thoughtful touch!The home itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a group. With two master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and an amazing pool area, it easily and comfortably fit all 14 of us.While it’s a bit further from South Beach, the location was actually ideal. It was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a night out, and getting Ubers was super easy. Honestly, if you're looking for a luxurious, clean, and relaxing space with great vibes, this is the one.Huge thanks to John and his team for helping make my bachelorette weekend unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Bachelorette weekend

Honestly, this property is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is clean and up to date and everything worked as it should. Great communication with the propert manager. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent for a Large Group

John and his staff were excellent hosts and we truly enjoyed our trip. The highlight was the catered dinner they prepared for our group and how they were able to customize the menu for us. We had a couple of issues but John and his staff rectified them as soon as possible. Others mentioned the wear and tear on the house and that is true as could be expected for a house used in this capacity. Nothing that made the trip less enjoyable. I do feel like it could have been a little cleaner in areas though with more attention to detail. Pros Large spaces for guests Nice outdoor area with pool and hot tub Pool table, shuffleboard and corn hole Bedrooms were nice for all guests Decent free parking Nice TVs Responsive host Catering available Good location for driving or Uber (but wouldn’t recommend walking) 2 sets of washers and dryers Cons Not all rooms had private bathrooms

Impressive Property and Exceptional Service!

We were so impressed with this property and the exceptional service from the owner who was beyond accommodating! Communication was fast, professional, friendly, and helpful. We were in town for a graduation and this spacious waterfront house was the perfect getaway to celebrate with family and friends. The home was exactly as described in the listing and more. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great hang-out areas for extended family and small groups. The outdoor areas were an effortless extension of the indoor living space. A large upper deck flawlessly connected the indoor living area, providing ample seating and a spectacular water view. The private pool, pool deck, and outdoor kitchen/bar area had abundant chairs, tables, and sun loungers. Plenty of undercover areas also provided shade and fresh air, making it the perfect hangout. Large outdoor fans were great for summer months too! When everyone wasn’t in the water, the fun continued with outdoor poolside games. Shuffleboard, pool table, and other adult-friendly games offer a perfect luxurious escape for the whole family! The owner helped arrange additional services from a private chef preparing meals and snacks to a private sunset boat tour picking up our group from the house's private dock. Not one complaint to share, only rave reviews!

Miami reunion

Had a great time. The place was comfortable and well laid-out. Great for a large group. John was extremely attentive and helpful. The house is well-equipped. The only (slightly) negative is that there are some aspects of the house (cabinets, appliances, etc) that are showing their age/use. Overall great place!

Bachelorette weekend

Phenomenal. This house was absolutely breathtaking and incredible - more beautiful than the listing could do justice. Further, the entire team working with John and John himself were so incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. 21st Birthday Celebration

The home was perfect for us although we were a smaller group. It’s a perfect place to enjoy time spent with friends providing intimate privacy. The house is stunning and well kept. We would definitely return in the future.

Perfect bachelor party

Great property

This property was amazing. 16 of us stayed here for my bachelor party. There was more than enough space for all of us. Everything was clean and all of the electronics worked perfectly. The house looks 10x better in person than it does in pictures. The pictures truly do not do it justice. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Miami with a large group.

BEST GETAWAY EVER!

I cannot even describe in words how the owner, his family, and this house EXCEEDED my expectations. First, the house itself is amazing. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated, as well as big open space in the kitchen, living room and outside patio. The outdoor area is such an amazing place to host guests and every single one of mine were in awe about how spectacular this house was in every aspect. John and his wife were so very wonderful to us and made our stay so pleasant and RELAXING! I want to rent this house again and again- it was the best experience!
