Good but Needs Improvement
The property was nice, and it served our needs for the weekend. We were able to all be in one space to hang out and spread out as needed. This is something that we wouldn't be able to do in a hotel, but when issues happened we weren't able to just switch room and have it instantly fixed, we had to wait for instructions on how to fix it or wait for a maintenance person to come fix it, which left us frustrated and without certain amenities at times. Overall, The Good: the house was clean, the majority of the amenities were nice and there were plenty of rooms, bed and space for our larger group to hang out and spread out in the house. The Bad: the microwave didn't stay on because of a breaker issue, the sink was clogged causing the dishwasher to overflow, we had to reset the water heater to get hot water and lastly there was an abundance of ants throughout the house. The Okay: when we had an issue, the property manger provided timely responses to our needs, provided simple instructions on how to reset the water heater and sent someone out the next morning to fix the dishwasher.
