The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly as in the photos. The amenities in the building and apartment were great. The hosts were warm and helpful, check in, check out was smooth and they were responsive to any questions. I highly recommend staying here, I will certainly be back!

Great unit, and stay. I would give all 5 stars if the showed/tub wasn’t so hard to get into. My only issue was how high the siding of the tub/shower was due to me and my family height. It created a challenge for us to utilize and I actually hurt myself really badly trying to get into the shower. Other than that, great unit and easy checkin and check out a

Prime spot in Brickell

This condo is in a prime spot for enjoying the Brickell neighborhood which is a truly enjoyable place to stay, if you don't intend to see anywhere else in Miami. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife make up this neighborhood. We stayed for the SOBEWFF which was our first mistake.. while only 4 miles away, it can take 30 minutes to cross the bridge to South Beach and Uber surge pricing can hit 100. The unit was great with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and Sylvia was great, but the units description failed to mention the need to reserve parking which could be had at a discount. Instead, we paid 50/day valet with no in and out privileges. Good experience for us, but we would stay elsewhere in the future.

Amazing stay! Beautiful place!

Silvia was so responsive & accommodating. She made my booking process so easy! The property manager who greeted us to check us in was absolutely amazing! She was so nice. She made sure we were comfortable our entire stay! The condo was beautiful. The views were amazing. In the heart of everything and so convenient. I will definitely be back! Trustworthy, Responsive, and Fantastic!

As a first time VRBO customer, I had my apprehensions about staying with a VRBO host. I've heard many stories about hidden fees, unresponsive hosts, last second cancellations, etc - and I am happy to report we encountered NONE of these issues with our stay! Before booking, you sign an agreement drafted by the hosts lawyers, which gave me peace of mind that these were serious hosts, and not scammers or money-hungry. This was my first time visiting Miami, and therefore was not expecting the Miami traffic. We were almost an hour late to meeting our host in the Lobby - and to our delight she was wonderfully understanding! She walked us through the check-in process, luggage drop-off, and amenities access. Our condo was spotless! Every appliance worked, and the view was breathtaking. The amenities were spectacular, and upon discovering we would need new amenity passes for our friends, our host responded rapidly, processing our friends ID's to add them to our reservation. This was in the middle of the day on a Saturday! Checkout was just as easy - we simply took out the trash, cleaned up after ourselves, and left our key fobs on the hook, and sent a photo to our host. That easy! We had a wonderful time, and will certainly be returning customers! Thank you for such a fantastic trip!

The space, amenities, cleanliness and location were all exactly as represented and we enjoyed our stay. Views were great. Questions we had while there were answered promptly. Basic equipment/dishes for cooking. Bed was comfortable for us and linens/towels were very nice.

Do not go with this company or listing

I have spoken with VRBO and have a case open for our stay. My family and I travel a lot and have been lucky to never had major problems. We were duped by this listing and contacted VRBO who documented this listing is untruthful and DOES NOT sleep four people. When asked about the pull out not being a queen, the staff continued to argue saying it is a queen (despite taking out a tape measure and it being a 49” width). I wish I could attach the pictures and texts so everyone could see how bad this stay was. One of my daughter’s had to sleep on the couch with towels as they failed to provide a sheet and blanket as they misrepresented the bed situation. The people we dealt with were unprofessional, apathetic, and could be bothered less- they are only concerned about making money. The portable twin they brought (and had the nerve to try to charge us for) was broken and I sent the pictures to Vrbo and the representative agreed that it was absolutely unacceptable. Please stay away from this management company and listing as I would hate for anyone to go through what we went through.
