"We had a wonderful experience at Sophie’s Enchanted Cottage! Just as described, the space was private, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the private courtyard and entrance, and was easy to check in. The suite itself is spacious and spotless upon arrival. The tasteful decor added a cozy, welcoming charm. "Magnificent!! Property is breathtaking. Our suite was stunning. Every little touch is so special and the room immaculate. So quiet. Just hear the birds outside chirping. The owner gave us a private tour of the beautiful main house. So much interesting history!! Very very nice people that own this Plantation. They are taking such great care of it. Oh and the southern breakfast was exceptional. We will be back. We had a wonderful 36th Anniversary. "

"This was a quaint place located in the garden district. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk from the park and the street car system. Street parking was available however if it was not, there was also a parking lot directly across the street. It was well lit outside and felt very safe!"

"I stayed here for a bachelorette party with friends and the location was very convenient for walk to Magazine or quick car ride around the city. The house comfortably held everyone. "

"Perfect studio to stay for a day or longer, just next to Frenchman st. Close enough for local pubs and venues and just beyond from Bourbon area rhat you can still walk there in about 19 minutes. Bed is comfy bathroom great, has a small fridge for waters and microwave to reheat leftovers. Place is clean and host is very responsive. I come back here every chance i have."

"A lovely 100 year old home in a quiet, tree lined section of Mid-City with a separate entrance, separate sitting room with lots of windows, a very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Great place to stay and really nicely located for Jazz Fest or activities in City Park or on Bayou St. John. Friendly host. Highly recommnded,"
