Great location and perfect for Cubs game. Basics were not maintained though. Bring your own light bulbs and batteries for tv remotes. And hunt through the cluttered junk drawer to find a lighter to use the stove. The marketing materials didn’t specify that there are steep steps up to the second floor unit without adequate safety railings so just be aware if anyone in your party has reduced mobility. There is also a back door leading to a dark staircase that felt less than safe even with the locks that were installed. The streets are very loud during a Cubs game which should be expected. This seems like a great party house but not ideal for a family trip. Be aware that you have to secure your own parking and there are options close by. But dropping off suitcases or groceries is difficult with the traffic so be prepared to haul your stuff from your car. The charm of the old building is apparent but was turned off by seeing a clean shower with used toiletries left in the bathroom, stains on the couch. Although there were throw blankets for the couch they didn’t appear or smell like they had been washed recently so were not useful. Bring your own.

Excellent location. Loved being right by wrigley. Close to addison red line which was great and also a bus line. Sleeps a lot of people and beds were cozy. Nice place for our family of 5.

Great location, owners were very easy to communicate with, a 3rd story walk up, but not bad, clean, and just what we wanted. Beds were comfortable. We were there for the game but the noise was expected and not unreasonable. easy walk to stadium and place to eat.

Great location for Wrigley Field visit! Group of friends doing a short baseball trip. This was a car free trip so the location to the Red Line was perfect for also seeing a Sox game. Close to a Whole Foods which allowed us to easily walk and get what we needed for food/drink. I may have missed it, but the only thing missing from the listing was this is a shared location so the patio is shared with other renters/tenets and this specific listing is for the second floor. Not a big deal for us, but did come as a surprise. Overall, it was a no frills, clean property with unbeatable location to Wrigley Field - would absolutely recommend for baseball!

Amazing Location

Perfect place to stay when going to a Cubs game or just hanging out around Wrigley. Loved the outdoor patio and views from the apartment. Hope to stay here again!

Good location. Living room furniture needs to be replaced.

The Good: Great location for doing anything in Wrigleyville. The Bad: The sectional couch in the living room is broken, collapsed and unusable. And according to previous reviews, it has been that way for months. The property manager has even responded to a previous review that the couch has been replaced and blackout blinds have been installed in the bunk room. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. I spoke to the property manager minutes after checking in and they blamed the previous guests, which was obviously a lie. Now they won't respond to messages. If the couch gets replaced, I could recommend this property. If not, you'll get to sit on kitchen chairs.

This place is a Cubs Fan's dream location...

I have literally seen this place on TV for the past 40 5 years and to get to stay in it was amazing. I really did not want to leave. Being able to look out the windows and actually see inside of Wrigley where I was sitting during the game is insane. It it is also the perfect size, a one-story flat with three bedrooms that are perfect for a family vacation or a guy's trip. I cannot wait to come back again and again. Also the communication with the property manager was great and everything about the stay was easy.

Best Location for Cubs Games!

This is a must stay location if you are a baseball fan. You can’t beat the views and the sounds of Wrigley Field! The accommodations are spacious and the bunk beds are great for children. It is our favorite place to stay in Wrigleyville and we look forward to staying here again!

Baby Baptism

Ok place. Probably best suited for folks who are there for Cubs games. Good: It is literally across street from stadium. Things to do very close. Kitchen and bathroom were nice. Not so good: Some street noise from people at night but only if light sleeper. Room with bunk beds needs blackout curtains from all night stadium lighting - other rooms are fine. Sectional couch is very worn, detached and falling apart. Previous renters (or perhaps cleaning crew?) left smoke smell but that dissipated by second day. So overall not a place I’d tent again with family who want a more subdued couple of day but perfect for party or baseball fans.
