I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. "Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom. "The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. "
