"Very clean and comfortable. Host instructions for access were clear so check in/out was easy. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of many points of interest. Was a great place to stay for our first trip to Cape May!"

"Stayed at AJ’s Cozy Corner this past weekend for a quick visit to Hoboken. Centrally located near Steven’s Institute and off Washington St (main street in Hoboken). Able to get around without a car anywhere in the one mile square within a 10-15 minute walk. The place was surprisingly roomy and clean. Perfect for our visit!"

"Great location in the historic district. Was happy with accommodations , beach chairs would have been beneficial since the offsite parking was 1/3 mile away on Bank Street & there were no vendors to rent chairs on the beach. Everything else about the unit we loved. "

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."
