While the neighborhood was great—quiet, safe, and conveniently located—my accommodation left much to be desired.Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floors were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Added bonus - Trader Joe’s right there as well if we needed any groceries. Joe Spector, the property’s host, was very responsive, and all of the house rules were clearly articulated and sensible. Plenty of off street parking, with spaces big enough for my F150. "
