"Upon arrival we felt alittle uncomfortable with the location however the house was very cute and the neighborhood was quiet. The space was smaller than it looked in pictures but it worked just fine. The beds were all very comfortable. We were having a good time until night 2. The sewage was backed up and was coming up through the shower drains. We had to evacuate the home. The host offered us a second home to go to for our stay. We packed up at midnight and headed to the second home. This home...

"We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but...
