"Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving."

"The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!"

"Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers."
