The bed in the primary room was extremely comfortable and the room had blackout curtains. If you have a 3rd/4th guest and light bothers them at all, they might bring an eye mask. "Nice quiet neighborhood- perfect for a brief retreat for me and my freshman catamount to spend quality time together. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very nice. Proximity to grocery and restaurants were a plus."
