"The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . The kitchen is stocked with everything one could need to dine in. The location is just a couple of blocks from Main Street, we didn’t need our car at all once we got there. "Beautiful spot and great location! Hosts answered any questions quickly! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to eat 'at home.' The space was laid out very efficiently and comfortably. Kids loved the Murphy bed as well. Cant say enough good thingals except, thank you for the wonderful stay."

"Came into town for the "Happy Together" concert at the Hampton Beach Casino. The property was a perfect location. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach and close proximity to the concert. The apartment was clean, fresh and perfectly located as we enjoyed Salisbury Beach during the day,"

"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults."

"John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. "

"The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. "

"When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer...

"Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy."
