"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights after having a business trip to Shanghai and enjoyed my time in this charming city. I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. "Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind.
