We loved our stay at Windward Apartments. We stayed in a filtered ocean view 3 bed apartment on the second floor. I wasn’t expecting much of a view but actually we had a lovely view! The beds were comfortable and we had aircon in every room (but you might need to ask for this). The kids enjoyed the pool area, the kitchen was very functional, and we could walk to the beach or coles. We would love to come again!

Great apartment complex, will stay again
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. We were surprised to find our apartment had air conditioning in the living spaces. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a good location with a supermarket around the corner. There's a coffee shop almost next door with great coffee too. It's a little bit of a walk to the patrolled beach, but aside from that, a fantastic place to stay. We're already looking forward to our next stay there.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment. We had plenty of space for us and our two little ones. The kids loved having their own rooms and having a balcony. The apartment itself had everything you need including crockery and cutlery, towels sheets etc. we didn’t use the pool and it looked smaller than the photos however we were right across from the beautiful beach which is where we spent a lot of time. Short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Great place and location, would definitely come back!

Excellent location, close to beach and shops. Great for family group. Easy to communicate with, great stay. Sealife Aquarium and warf area were nearby and fantastic. There was some traffic noise.

Look it was what we paid for, but the property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The location to the restaurants beach and shops is fantastic

Windward is in a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the ocean, the shopping/eating area 2 minutes walk and the most incredible coffee shop next door. The 3 bed apartment was huge, with every amenity. The beds were so soft with lovely crisp sheets. Our stay was short but a week or more here would be wonderful!

Wifi was slow and internet didn’t connect well. The place needed desperate renovation, it was old and dirty. The on-site manager was not friendly and didn’t help much. The place was very expensive and was not worth the money for what they gave us. Kitchen supplies were limited and there wasn’t much to cook with. The key system for the lifts and basement access wasn’t a very good security system. Bathrooms were not sanitary and smelt. Carpets were in an appalling condition. The tv didn’t have many things to watch other than local tv due to lack of internet connection. No air conditioners in bedrooms making it really hot during day and night. The chairs in the balcony were broken and uncomfortable. Owner occupiers in the building were not welcoming and aggressive towards customers. Not recommending this place to anyone, as it was our holiday ruiner.

In regard to Wi-Fi sorry you could not login as it has recently been upgraded, you could of come down to reception we would been more than helpful to you log- in. All tv's are equipped with Netflix and Stan You-tube etc, Yes some some units are old which are due for some renovations this year. Thankyou for your comments as it all helps to let the owners understand where we are at.

Great location and view. Apartment is very comfortable with everything you could need however it is showing it’s age and could really benefit from a refresh. Everything was very clean however at first glance due to some condition issues you could think it was dirty. No Foxtel service as advertised.

50/50 satisfaction. Wouldnt stay again
Location great, easy to get everywhere. Staff were friendly enough, but did feel like we were being judged everytime we walked in or out of reception. Only 1 car spot available when we required multiple. Incredibly noise appartment, road/street noise, could hear other appartments above and below. Crazy amount of rules and regulations regarding noise

Great location. Close enough to walk to everything but just far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the Esplanade. Big 3 bedroom apartment with huge lounge and dining area. Great for a large family.

Great Location
We were very happy with the Ocean view which was our main criteria when booking an apartment. The view was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The furniture was very outdated and not so comfortable but the receptionist said new furniture had been ordered. Great stay.

Had a great stay at Windward , lovely view over the beach and very handy to everything. A Coles 100 meters down the road as well as coffee shops and cafes galore. Apartments are nicely laid out , there was 6 of us all adults in there and it was quite good, one room had two singles and the other two had queens and main with ensuite. Showing a bit of wear but still nice and comfortable. The managers well lovely and very accomodating. We only had one car park but the other two couples were able to park in the street close by, we would definately stay there again

Weekend away with the family
Great location, easy check in and managers were lovely. Stayed in 3 bedroom and it was very spacious. A little older but very comfortable and clean. So close to supermarket and shops/restaurants and right across from the beach. Its very rocky directly infront of the hotel but a short walk further down and theres a gorgeous beach for swimming.
