"I want to say that the location was excellent with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It had summer coastal cottage feel and that it didn't lack amenities - which it did. My only complaint was a general feeling of tiredness and lack of attention to detail. The little touches that would have made it great as opposed to quite "ok" and value for the money. It was on the higher range and depended too much on the view. So overall - don' t get the wrong idea. I liked it quite a bit but i needs a womans...

"Cozy home with open floor plan and recently redone interior provided a relaxing and fresh atmosphere. Large backyard, new pool, and safe neighborhood were perfect for outdoor activities and family walks. Maria went above and beyond. Her added touches of fresh flowers, coffee & tea, milk, soaps & shampoos, laundry supplies and homemade rusks were so thoughtful! She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants (like Salinas) and activites (stunning beaches, hiking, canoeing & day trips...

"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."
