"No hotel staff at reception when we arrived at 6PM, the key was provided to us by a local ranger. the wifi does not work at all, we reported to the ranger that gave us the key but he could not help. he tried to call the hotel responsible but they did not really care. we could not connect to wifi at all during our stay. The apartment was not clean at all, cobwebs in every corner. "

The sunset drive and sunrise walk were amazing, seeing the animals so close was a wonderful experience. Jeremiah was so knowledgeable. The food was great! Can’t say how fantastic our stay here was! "This was my second time staying at Raptor Retreat and it was just as good as the first. Our lodging, the Hippo Cottage, was huge, very well equipped and had a wonderful view of the river and the animals. One morning, we saw a parade of elephants right by our window.
