Family fun

Very good amenities in the home, such as stocked kitchen, big dining table, a few porches to choose from, beach gear and bicycles. Our 13 year olds had fun on the bikes. Great living room and nicely decorated with beachy theme. Easy golf cart rides to Grayton beach and Seaside areas. Host was very friendly and accommodating. We recommend staying here for sure!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This was a great beach location. The house was just as advertised! The house was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable beds. It had everything that you would need for the week. Located right near downtown Grayton. It is an easy drive to Grayton State Park or downtown Grayton. Great communication with the host and he was always willing to answer any questions I had. We rented the golf cart from the host and used that to go to different restaurants, to get ice cream, and watch the sunset on the beach at night. He responded very quickly with any help we might have needed. We look forward to returning to stay here again soon.

Great place

Highly recommend this place to stay. Drew offered up to rent us a 6 passenger golf cart and we’re so happy we did. It made it easy to get to places and most golf carts and it was much more budget friendly than the others that are rented by other companies. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Very peaceful area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Grayt Stay!

We had a great stay this past week!! We were able to rent our golf cart from the owner, be minutes from the beach, and enjoy all the fun that 30A has. I would highly recommend staying at this location. The owner is a very good communicator!

Fantastic Location & Accommodating Host!

Love Grayton Beach and the proximity of the house to all the great spots was just a golf cart ride away! The host was awesome and incredibly responsive - he actually sent us every detail of info before we ever had to ask! Would highly recommend!

The best time

We had the greatest time! The house is in a great location- it's the perfect golf cart ride down to the beach and very quiet. Drew checked in with us and it felt like home. We will for sure be back!

Very pleasant place to be

The house has a great layout. Plenty of space and several outdoor spaces. The Grayton Beach tram is not a long walk or you can drive and the tram will take you straight to the beach. So handy. The area has lots of places to eat and very easy to get to Seaside or Rosemary. Host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous and perfect location!

From the time we arrived until we left, it was perfect! I have never felt so accommodated prior to arriving as well! I didn’t ask for anything special but the owner communicated details that we needed. Once we arrived everything was perfect! The home was beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you thank you! I can’t wait for our next trip!

Great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay in Grayton! Drew, the host, responds quickly and will help with any interests (in our case, bicycle rental recommendation). He will make sure you find what you need. With such a helpful host, and with a beautiful place to stay, we had wonderful family time at the beach, on bicycles, hiking through the state park, and more.

Relaxing Beach Week

Drew’s home is attractive, well constructed and was very comfortable for our group. I enjoyed cooking in the nicely equipped kitchen, and really appreciated his willingness to accommodate our small appliance needs. I have only two suggestions for elevating the experience for guests staying in this home: 1) invest in a small gas grill, and 2) invest in cool gel memory foam toppers for the king size beds, both of which are very firm.

Very Nice Place

Had a great six-night stay. Was in communication with Drew before and during our stay and he was extremely prompt and helpful in getting back to us ... The house, which is in a great location, met our needs, it was very clean and well stocked with supplies ... We did run a bit low on garbage bags but that was not a big deal at all ... The bedrooms were nice with each having a tv if you wanted to do that ... Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well ... Very close to the tram which got us to and from the beach ... I would definitely stay there again

Gem of a place

Perfect stay for our family. Enough space for everyone. Really appreciate pet friendly accomodations so our pup could join us on vacation. Great, quick communication with Drew. He gave us great tips to make getting on the beach easy. Fun to walk to shops and restaurants nearby and easily bike to 30A.
