"This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix."

"This property is just lovely. Approximately 1 min walk from the door to toes in the sand on the beach- and that includes the walkway :). It’s close to town so easy to grab a bite, drinks, a few groceries… Rob was super responsive and easy to get ahold of throughout the booking process and our stay. It’s adorably decorated and the view is gorgeous. You can hear the waves at night and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch. I highly recommend this property and Seaside- you will not be...

"Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again."

"This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone...
