Amazing place, and Jeff was a wonderful host making sure we got checked-in safely and that everything was perfect. Golf cart was an awesome touch as it made jetting down to the beach incredibly fast. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella was awesome to give us a place to setup on the beach for our family. Look forward to staying here again!

It was the perfect house for a girls trip to celebrate my 40th. We had to reschedule with Jeff due to one of the girls having a death in the family and he made it very easy for us to do that. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for night time hang outs.

Our host was amazing. He communicated quickly and effectively, also responding within just a couple minutes to messages. The home was extremely clean and was a great location. Plenty of extra little amenities that made a huge difference from the beach chairs and umbrella to. the Bluetooth speaker and extra little amenities. The golf cart and hot tub were amazing and got used daily. Thank you so much, we look forward to staying with you again!

A perfect, peaceful, and much needed Spring Break stay with good friends!!The house was even better than described. It's the first place we've stayed that was over stocked with essentials... What a treat to not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry tabs, and trash bags, (even though we brought our own).The kitchen is extra stocked, the beds are cozy with Members Mark and Pottery Barn bedding, and the bath towels are big and thick. The back yard is so cute and fenced in. A great space to enjoy breakfast, dinner or cocktails and not have to worry about your Frenchie's getting out! Even though we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option to have. We did venture out on the golf cart one day (because the days were on the chilly side that week), which was fun. The beach chairs were also on the nicer side (not the cheap flimsy ones), as were the beach towels.The location of the house was ideal... An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the Blue Mountain Creamery!Jeff (the host) is great and quick to respond, if needed.We will definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and happily give this property 5 stars! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful. Every question was answered promptly, and it truly felt like Jeff cared about making our stay special.The amenities were stellar — everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided. The location could not have been better. Being so close to the walking path along 30A and convenient public beach access made it easy to enjoy morning walks, bike rides, and effortless beach days.The only minor note is that the interior of the home shows a bit more age than the photos suggest. That said, everything was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and it did not take away from our overall experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic location and a host who truly goes above and beyond!

Property was beautiful!! Hot tub in the backyard was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and cutlery including misc basic kitchen amenities. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in Blue Mountain. The house was just perfect for us and Jeff was a great host. He responded to messages in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. The outdoor area was nice and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the added perks of a hot tub and golf cart. We parked our car upon arrival and never moved it until departure. We hope to return soon for another stay.

Great stay in Blue Mountain Beach. Bungalow was the right size and a great location to the beach. Walkable when desired or an easy golf cart ride when bringing all the beach gear and family to the beach. Backyard was the highlight for us. Comfortable and well designed to enjoy time and conversations with the family. Great host and communication. Highly recommended.

We came in for a short two night stay. We had an excellent tome. the property was clean and had an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was fantastic! it was a great place to stay and hang out. Although we didn’t make full use go all the amenities like the golf cart, we definitely could see us coming back for a more extended stay.

Cute comfy home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is conveniently located and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The backyard is fenced in so was great for our dog as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our host Jeff was always available to answer any questions! Would definitely stay here again!
