"Three Little Birds was perfect for our mother-daughter getaway! It was clean, comfortable and there were lots of extra touches to make our stay even better. The parking and access to the building were so easy and it was close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely book here again! "

"Beautiful condo thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to feel comfortable! (except a brew coffee pot) Perfect location for us. Close enough to the fun without being directly in it giving us a choice of engagement level. Very well decorated!!"

"Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this...

"Home was very clean, and perfect for a quick getaway to the beach. Communication was fantastic and felt I could go to host if we needed anything. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and even extra bedding. Beach access was convenient and was super close to resort pool. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Wonderful stay and a great host. We enjoyed every minute staying at this house and made full use of all of the WaterColor amenities. The golf cart and bicycles especially came in handy and made trips to the Beach Club almost as enjoyable as time in the water. We will definitely be back!"

"The property was perfect for our group. The pool was very nice when we were too sunburnt for the beach. The beach is an easy walk but I do recommend renting a golf cart to haul chairs etc and when little legs are too tired to walk. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. "

"My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean. "Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "
